Every year during the Labor Day holiday weekend a local radio station hosts an end of the summer blow out party on the banks of the Ohio River. One of the events is a Rubber Duck Regatta that benefits the local Free Store Foodbank. To publicize the event there is a giant inflatable rubber duck on top of the Wegman Building along Interstate 75 just north of downtown Cincinnati.
