Once used for <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lager\" target=\"_blank\">lagering<\/a> beer for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abandonedonline.net\/index.php?catid=579\" target=\"_blank\">John Kauffman Brewing Company<\/a>, they now provide an interesting glimpse into Cincinnati&#8217;s once proud <a href=\"http:\/\/www.otrbrewerydistrict.org\/history_district.php\" target=\"_blank\">beer brewing<\/a> industry. About the only way to see these cellars now is to participate in the yearly &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.otrbrewerydistrict.org\/events_tour.php\" target=\"_blank\">Prohibition Resistance Tour<\/a>&#8221; that occurs during the annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bockfest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bockfest<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.americanlegacytours.com\/?q=tours\/queen-city-underground\" target=\"_blank\">Queen City Underground<\/a> now offers tours every Saturday and Sunday from May through
